Overall, I have been fortunate to be in good physical health (so far!). Not to say I probably don't have high blood pressure issues due to runaway anxiety, or over zealous fears - but I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that I live in a first world country where I don't always take the time to find gratefulness for what I have.

I believe the more we have, the more we fear loss. Something I continue to work on.
Yay Yoga!!
If you haven't tried a yoga practice yet, or you have, but don't like it - give it a try (again)! I began practicing yoga in 2001 after I had my first son. I was immediately drawn to the world of yoga and yoga philosophy. While my Sanscrit is not the best, nor do I remember all the important historical yogis names - I love teaching yoga and meeting other yogis.
I love baking and I love being creative. So making cakes is my creative outlet. I have made wedding cakes, anniversary, birthday and holiday cakes.
I also love being crafty - from thick comfy blankets, to all kinds of illuminaries, coasters, candles, soaps, teas, etc...A lot of times I give away stuff I've made in my yoga classes. The gift of giving is very powerful.
